Service Description

One Hour Initial Consultation. Service includes one on one assessment of lifestyle, diet and exercise. Health History and vital signs are collected at session. Individualized and customized plans are provided at each session. More than one sessions may be needed in some cases. Take control of your health by allowing us to show you what you need to do to prevent and or reverse some of your health problems.
